Jason is a visionary who believes in only one thing: just because it never has been is not a reason for it not to be. He has led strategic transformation initiatives both as a consultant at Deloitte and The Boston Consulting Group, and as a senior executive at leading brands - including Nike, Nordstrom and Columbia Sportswear. His focus is strategic change - led by insight into consumers, markets and marketplaces, and powered by deep expertise in analytics. Through this, he has created and executed visionary transformations that accelerated institutional transformation in operations, marketing, and consumer experience. He has been published as a cross-functional expert in using data, artificial intelligence, consumer insights, and design thinking to drive step-change transformation in leading brands globally. He is most passionate when confronting the thorniest and crunchiest problems that others are unwilling to address.

JOHN KIRKMAN

John is a strategist and an agent of change. He believes that change is inevitable, you either manage change or change manages you. John has led organizations through change as a senior leader at Deloitte Consulting, as a strategic executive in the apparel industry, and a visionary and pioneer at several startup companies. His passion is aligning strategic focus and action to meet change head on, shaping change. Having worked across highly matrixed organizations, small and nimble startup leaders, and a whole host of companies in-between, John is deft at identifying needs and creating velocity for action through stakeholder collaboration and marketplace insights. He is most motivated when told something is impossible and being innovative enough to prove them wrong.
